This is a wonderful read. Maybe I'm drawn to it because I was adopted, but everyone will be drawn to it by the family love and the internal struggles of the hero, Loki. There are a few climatic moments, which keep the reader on edge. Plus, the birth father is something I didn't suspect! Truly a wonderful read!
Having fallen in love with the children in The Clan Grant Series I am just over the moon that Keira has decided to continue the same delightful saga with the next generation! Loki and Bellas story is but the first of children stories. The plot brings to the forefront of many adopted children, regardless of age, the desire to try to locate their birth parents and the emotional struggles they often go through. Another book I didn't want to put down until I had finished! Ms. Montclair never fails to disappoint. The plot is always unique and the characters are strong, yet vulnerable.
